Shipping policy

Order Processing & Tracking After you place an order, I get right to work pulling inventory and packing your items! Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking once shipped; please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status. Standard delivery takes 5–6 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is handed over to the postal carrier, it is out of my control. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
